President Murmu and PM Modi expressed grief over Solapur accident

National, Bureau Desk | President Draupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have expressed deep grief over the death of 8 people in the Solapur accident. President Murmu posted on social media, "The news of death of people in a vehicle accident in Solapur district is extremely heartbreaking. I express my deepest condolences to the bereaved families." PM Modi announced an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh to the next of kin of each deceased and Rs 50,000 each to the injured from PMNRF.
