New Delhi / London: A new Booking.com "This Guy Books" study has revealed a major shift in what women find attractive in 2026. Romance is no longer about flowers, chocolates, or flashy Valentine's surprises — it's about a confirmed flight ticket and a carefully planned itinerary.
A striking 92% of women find it attractive when a partner takes charge of booking travel, while 82% would prefer someone who plans thoughtful experiences over someone with just a good physique. The study also found that 86% of Indian travellers find it attractive when a partner surprises them with a fully planned getaway, and 76% of Indian women believe men should take the lead in planning vacations. Nearly all respondents (99%) said they would show extra affection if their partner booked a vacation without being asked.
