Los Angeles: Contrary to stereotypes about younger generations withdrawing from intimacy, new research reveals Gen Z is having more sex than older cohorts. A Talker Research poll of 2,000 U.S. adults found that Gen Z respondents average sex 5.3 times per month, outpacing millennials at 5.1.
Overall, 71% report satisfaction with their intimate lives. The findings also demonstrated a direct correlation between regular date nights and bedroom fulfillment, emphasizing that outside connection directly powers bedroom satisfaction.
