Consensus reached on reducing carbon emissions in UN climate conference

At the global climate summit held under the auspices of the United Nations, leaders from across the world have signed a historic agreement to reduce carbon emissions within a stipulated time frame. Financial assistance was also announced for developing countries to adopt clean energy.
